Muchflowers has activated the option to purchase a selection of hand tied bouquets online to be shipped directly to your door via FEDEX / UPS to all USA, including Alaska and Hawaii at no delivery cost with the main purpose to help us to support the people in our farms, our neighbor communities and the environment.

FAQ

How do I place my order?
The best way to place your order is via our webpage. This way, we receive your information exactly as you enter it. However, if you need assistance in placing your order, we do take orders over the phone and via chat or email.

Can I cancel my order?

All requests to change an existing order must be placed within 24 hours before delivery date. Once the product has been shipped, changes are not possible.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery. We also accept payments via PayPal. 

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Muchflowers provides FREE SHIPPING services on all orders.

Fedex / UPS didn’t leave my order on my doorstep what should I do?

If the delivery is not left at the delivery address, FedEx / UPS will either try to redeliver the package later in the day or the next morning. Typically, there is a door tag left at the door or delivery location that specifies the next steps of the delivery. If they continue to have problems with the delivery, they will hold the flowers at the nearest FedEx / UPS shipping facility. You can access this information, and also leave special notes for the driver using the FedEx Management tool. 

CAn you deliver every day of the week?

We can deliver our farm fresh flowers every day with the exception of Sunday and Monday.

What time of the day will my order arrive?

FedEx / UPS aims to deliver your flowers in the morning, however delivery times are subject to change depending on the delivery route and driver. 

Can you reroute my order?

We do not reroute packages, as the vast majority of reroutes never make it to their final destination. FedEx / UPS may offer reroutes, however, the success rate is fairly low.

How do I track my orders?

Tracking your orders can be done directly to on the FedEx / UPS website.


Flower Care

1. Unbox Flowers

Unsecure your flowers from the bottom of the box. Remove the protective wrapping. Note: Our flowers travel in bud form or closed.

2. Cut the Stems

Measure your stems to the height of your vase and then trim all evenly so they fit. To help flowers draw water, cut each stem in a 45 degree angle.

3. Change Water

Make sure you change water every 2 days and keep flowers out of direct sunlight. You may use flower food to help increase flowers’ vase life.
